Uses and features:
This machine classifies the materials according to different subsiding speed with the aid of different size of solid particles and the different proportion, makes the particles floating in the water become spillover to flow out. The coarse ore particles which sink on the bottom of the channel are pushed upward by a spiral pusher, as a result, the classification is finished.
The machine is widely used in mineral processing and cooperates with the ball mill to form a closed-circuit system to branch ore sand or be used in the gravity concentrator to grade ore sand and fine mud and used for the ore dehydration and feeding, etc.
